Shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders over $150 within the United States. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $15.

We pack within two to three business days, and standard delivery takes another five to seven. A tracking number lands in your inbox the moment your order leaves us.

For now, we ship within the United States only. International is coming.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love what you live in. If a set isn't right, write to us within thirty days of delivery and we will help you exchange or return it. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is on you; refunds land back on your original card within five to seven business days of us receiving the set.

One small note: because each set is block-printed by hand, slight shifts in color and pattern placement are part of the craft, not defects. They are what make a Dorette set yours rather than a copy of someone else's.
